Ben McCarter is the best. The pictures and video he did of the house were wonderful and highlighted the best parts. He is detail oriented and honest at pointing out things that need to be updated before listing so that we could get the highest price. Trying to sell a house while living in another state is not easy, but he made this as painless as possible. He was quick to respond when I had questions, and answered all of my questions so that I understood exactly what the process was.I had people ask why I didn’t do for sale by owner; and after having a couple of minor issues come up before closing, I am so glad I didn’t do this without his expertise. Been dealing with crappie real estate agents while house shopping and then I found Ben. Ben was awesome through the whole process! As a first time home buyer I was incredibly nervous, but Ben made the process really smooth. He always had suggestions, recommendations, and a wide range of knowledge to answer even my off topic questions! He was also fantastic with communication, especially during some of the inspections where I was unable to get off work!

Elizabeth did an amazing job selling our house in Irmo SC. We live in Tennessee so there was a potential for miscommunications and delays due to distance issues, but Elizabeth was on top of it throughout the entire process. Her communications were superb. There were many things that needed to be coordinated and signed for. She was very good at using the appropriate communications tools for the situation (email, phone call, or electronic signatures). All worked flawlessly. She is very friendly and easy to work with and kept her composure whenever things got a little difficult. There were no surprises at the closing, which went very smoothly.
