One is too many. We are paying them for 24/7 services. They cut the grass once and have been asked to pull the weeds several times. No luck. Ask to speak to a supervisor and you get your agent. The laundry has been broken for over four months. They promised they'd fix it, nope. Another tenant has no screen in her door. Bugs are coming in. When we call our rep she is out of the office running her bakery. Glad they raised my rent to pay for the bakery....

Melissa is the best! She’s very efficient and marvelous to work with. She is a real credit to her profession. I highly recommend her for help with any real estate transactions.
