This complex is Federally subsidized and is newly built. The building itself is nice, although the walls are very thin, so noise can be an issue with insensitive renters. Management does not enforce their side of the lease agreement. They advertise and specify in the lease that this is a non-smoking property/community, but there are no consequences for people who smoke and litter all around the building (including the entryway). They also ignore their own rules about the size and breed of dogs. They claim not to allow certain vicious breeds and no dogs over 30 lbs., but there are many large dogs, including pit bulls and German shepherds. They don't keep common areas cleaned as promised, and it can take months to get them to deal with important issues, like mold or noise violations.
Too bad they don’t have any convenient forms of contact! Been waiting months to get a call back.
