I have had a wonderful experience with Mackenzie Allen Real Estate. They're great people very attentive. We moved in 9/2025 to cute 2 br, 1 ba. Perfect for me and my daughter. Erin meet with me and showed the place. Susan works in the office and she worked with me to get us in. Great service, the water heater stop working, shortly after we moved in, they had a crew to our house that afternoon. The assessed it was bad, said they would be back with a new one. They were back, changed it out with a brand new in under an hour!!! Fabulous service. Great team! I hope to renew next year! Kim Andrews 🙂

Just had a friend try to rent from you all, she got a text and she herself asked to not do information swapping through text instead someone texted back aggressively saying if she can’t afford the place then why ask for a tour and then ask if she herself would let felons into her place, when all she asked was to do a proper transfer of info for safety reasons. That is very unprofessional and then you said you would gladly see her because you own all kinds of buildings in the area yikes big red flag Thank you for getting back to us about this situation! Will definitely be changing the rating now. 👍

Mackenzie Allen Real Estate is very responsive and professional. They use VERY reliable maintenance people who are kind and professional. Definitely a good company to work with/rent from!
