We moved in barely 2 months ago and have had to have a few small repairs by different vendors. April is always helpful, professional, and gets back to me within minutes usually, even at odd hours. Ashley, an agent, has been amazing too!! Honestly, both the office staff and the repair staff are on their toes, responsive, and seem to genuinely care about our family as tenants. We haven’t rented in decades and it has been a wonderful experience working with the entire staff. We thank them especially for helping organize getting our oil tank filled before a big winter storm and subzero temperatures being called for. Thank you MacDoc!!

I truly love living at my property. Any time a problem occurs which isn't that often MacDoc is on it. Communication is awesome and it's really important to have people who care about your well being. The people that come out and do the repairs are courteous and very clean. They put shoe covering on there feet before they enter my home. Awesome Awesome Awesome

Ok, so where do I even BEGAN with a company like this- Mac doc is known for being a shady, money hungry, screwing people over, renting out dumpster houses, giving the landlord special on bed bug infested, molding, houses. Upon moving on, we moved into our home to walk into a DISGUSTING smell of cigarette and weed smoke, the whole upstairs smelled so bad we had to live in the middle floor for the first year because of the carpets having been cleaned it made the whole house smell horrible. We had to eventually replace the carpet in one of the rooms because it smelt like Hard times Cafe. Second, we painted a bedroom that had DEAD bed bugs residue all of the widows and closet doors, the whole house had dead roaches hiding in every crevices of the home.
