I just wanted to thank you to JACOB CASEY for helping me get back into my apartment when I was locked out. You really went out of your way to assist me when NO ONE else would, and I truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to help me and my bichon and it was hot outside. A white guy who was grilling threaten to call the police on me because he assumed I did not live here and a great neighbor JASPER help me connect to JACOB CASEY. I want to sincerely thank the team at MAA Legacy for making my move-in experience so smooth and welcoming. Both leasing agents, Jacob and krysia , were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Due to unexpected personal circumstances, I had to change my move-in date, and Jacob handled everything with care and professionalism, ensuring the transition was completely stress-free. That level of service truly stood out. The apartment itself is beautiful — I love the floor plan, the layout works perfectly for my needs, and the pricing was reasonable. I’m genuinely excited to be settling into this community and enjoying the Shops at Legacy area. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. I’m very happy to now call MAA Legacy home!

MAA Legacy is so far my favorite place to live at. It’s very homey, and I found that there’s really good value in living here compared to other places I’ve lived at. Maintenance is very attentive, never had a problem with the trash, and the rest of the staff are supportive. In particular, wanted to thank Krysia and Jacob for their help with the concerns I had. Ya’ll make living here even more worth it!

I love this place, it's where I live and the truth is that it's very cozy and super quiet. It has wonderful workers and above all very treatable, especially Mrs. Daniela Alvarez who always greets with her beautiful smile

We had a great experience with the maintenance technician. James is an excellent guy and did an outstanding job replacing the refrigerator and fixing the sink faucets, making everything work much better. This was an ongoing issue we had since we moved in. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. We really appreciate his effort and the quality of his work. Highly satisfied with the service.
