The absolute worst company I have rented from. The building I lived in is roach infested. For the past three months I have attempted to get them to exterminate along with other tenants. I had to pay someone out of my own money to do their job. I was without heat for a month in the winter because they took their precious time to replace my heater. There’s a tenant who has to be carried up and down the stairs along with his wheelchair because the elevator has been down for three months! Do not rent from this company. The property manager Devin Barnes has the nastiest attitude.

Property manager Devin Barnes is very rude , no communication , no consideration, don’t take care of request , don’t even provide information to questions being asked . Also , Ms Tracey Massey is very ignorant . I called to complain about a ceiling leak that i had for 4 months with no one taking care of it . Instead of her providing assistance she said “ do you want to move “ the worst feeling in the world as a paying tenant that lives with children in an apartment that leaks every time it rains. My suggestion to Devin and Tracey. You ladies are human just like we are , respect us as if you would like the same respect . Unresponsive local management, had roaches no exterminator sent. elevator has been broken for almost a year. No fire extinguishers in the building hallways, poor building security (front door doesn't lock). All of these things have been reported to management but nothing was done.

It’s been two months and they do not want to return my deposit! I been calling and an older man keeps telling me the same thing it’s not the New York office. I ask for that number and he doesn’t have it apparently! But when they wanted me “show” my old apartment they forgot they left me a voicemail( from a lady name devin) saying the 212 number was the number to call her back ! UPDATED: Debra told me she will send the check out in a week. And now this man calls me saying their not giving my deposit back. Stay away they are liars! This man was so unprofessional.

I've been here almost two years worst company ever non compliance on emergency maintenance and no heat for months very unconcerned about tenants but want rent money on time. Can't stand this company it's more but I'm so tired of they're body of work...... need to be foreclosed on and better business.
