Pros: -The overall cosmetic work turned out well -I like many of his workers. We bought them pizza and drinks on their last day and they were so grateful. Nice men and I think they want to do a good job. Cons: -The owner is a bully. If you question anything about the work, the quote, the timeline, ANYTHING, he does not respond well. -He will not take accountability for the mistakes that are made (which are inevitable in any reno project) but instead gaslights you. -Everything you remember is somehow wrong, or “didn’t happen” and if you question any of it, you’ll be met with a condescending tone and disrespect. -The guys accidentally hung cabinets in the kitchen where floating shelves were supposed to go but we were behind schedule so we said just to leave them.
