We refinanced our home in August 2016. I have to say that without Kirk at M&M Mortgage we wouldn't have gotten through it. Kirk went above and beyond to get us the best rate and lowest payment he could. He guided us through each step and was always available to answer any of our questions. At one point when I had some issues Kirk got a team of people to help me. We had it figured out in short order. I highly recommend Kirk and his team at M&M for your refinance and/or new home mortgages. Also, everything was completed from the comfort of our home, it was great.

I had an amazing experience with M&M Mortgage and specifically Steve Rosson. Steve was proactive in every detail, very quick to respond to all my calls or emails and took the time to go over all the details and steps that were going to be involved. The whole experience from start to finish was 3 weeks, it would have taken less time but my employer caused it to take longer. Steve even walked them through step by step exactly what he needed from them. Steve was professional, personable, and reassuring during the entire process. I would highly recommend Steve Rosson for anything that you might need.

I worked with Scott Swenson at M & M. He helped me consider the most advantage approach for my situation. I found him to be smart, efficient, responsive and reliable. He followed through with everything he promised. We ran into a snafu re: the appraisal and he supported a successful appraisal dispute, even though it meant more work for him. I highly recommend working with Scott if you are shopping for a mortgage broker.

Called me 3 times and each time either hung up without responding to me or hung up after 1-2 rings. They finally decided to talk to me on the 4th call and said they noticed I was looking at mortgages a month ago. I told them I had already closed with my bank and the guy said "oh you already closed" and hung up. I might not be a potential customer, but that's terrible customer service. Based on some of the other reviews here I hope no one is unfortunate enough to use your services.
