I’ve had an amazing experience living at The Lyric Apartments in Walnut Creek. From day one, the community has felt welcoming, well-maintained, and professionally managed. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and in such a convenient location — everything you need is close by. What truly makes The Lyric stand out is the staff. Alyssa, Misty, Daniel, and Victor are absolutely incredible. They are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s answering questions, handling maintenance requests quickly, or just greeting you with a smile, they consistently go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a place where both the property and the team are this great. I highly recommend The Lyric to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run community in Walnut Creek

I've had the absolute best experience dealing with the property management team during my move in. Communication is great, all my needs have been met. Misty answers every message of mine within minutes. Establishing the lease agreement and coordinating my move couldn't have been any easier. Very impressed by the responsiveness. I don't know how they manage to maintain this level of service for every tenant - exceptional. Very much looking forward to being a part of this great community.

Just moved into Lyric in downtown Walnut Creek, and I couldn’t be happier with the leasing experience! Misty (the property manager) and her assistant Alyssa were absolutely fantastic, super helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They made renting here a breeze, answered every question patiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for luxury apartments in a prime location, Lyric is amazing, and the team here (especially Misty and Alyssa) is top-notch. Highly recommend!

They helped us get approved quickly, were swift to make changes where we had made errors, and were even available late in the day to get everything ready to go before move in! They definitely made the process of renting exceptionally easy and stress-free. Super excited to get started at Lyric, and a huge thanks to Alyssa and Misty again for being superstars!

We have lived at Lyric Apartments for almost a year now, and we’re genuinely excited to continue living here. The entire staff here has been nothing but welcoming, supportive, kind, and incredibly responsive. Any maintenance requests we’ve had, just normal apartment things, have been handled quickly and professionally every single time. What we’ve appreciated most is the sense of community. The location is also perfect for our lifestyle, everything in Walnut Creek is super walkable from Lyric, and it’s easy to get around without feeling like you’re commuting everywhere. Overall, Lyric has been an amazing place to live, and we couldn’t be happier to continue calling it home. Highly recommend!
