This place has been amazing since the day I moved in 4 years ago. Staff is friendly and attentive. Best maintenance team I’ve ever seen. I literally had no complaints. On a new journey now but they have made the transition flawless

I moved in 3 weeks ago, and so far it has been an amazing experience. Khadijah is quite literally one of the nicest leasing agents/person I’ve ever met. She has helped me throughout my entire move, she gets any concerns or problems brought to her done very quickly, and she takes the time to simply remember my name and small details. We’ve discussed overtime. Khadijah and whole Lyra family have been great and I’m extremely happy with how everything is going!

Amazing Experience when touring ! Great front desk team. Brian & Khadijah were so friendly & literally answered any questions I had. Definitely number 1 on my list if I choose to move to Georgia. The reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is because I did notice areas of improvement , I do interior designing & some hallway areas including near apartments were not clean at all. I was informed that they did have a cleaning crew but in some areas it failed to show. I know I’m renting the apartment & not the building but regardless when having guest over, you want it to be nice on the way to your home. Besides that loved it !

I have been a resident since January 2025, and from the very beginning, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality—something I deeply value. In April, I faced an unexpected job loss and encountered financial challenges. During that time, Ari Glenn provided exceptional support and guidance, offering helpful recommendations that enabled me to regain stability quickly. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, although issues are rare. The community itself is peaceful and conveniently located, with nearly everything I need within a five-mile radius. Every day after work, I truly enjoy coming home to my luxurious and comfortable space. If you’re considering moving here—welcome home!

Today, I toured the 2bed/2bath and loved it. The apartment is well-appointed with all the luxe aesthetics I personally enjoy. The property is convenient to many points of interest I already frequent. It has a dog park, pet spa and other amenities that fit my lifestyle, including a movie theater. The price point fits my budget. I've visited quite a few properties in the area these last few weeks and this one is by far the best.
