Lyon Place at Clarendon Center

I’ve had a great experience living at Lyon Place and am upgrading from a studio to a 1-bdr in the same building. I looked at other apartments in the area, but Lyon Place offered the best value with the least friction. Shout out to Wilber from the leasing team who handled my original move-in. He was professional, responsive, and made the process easy. I also appreciate Sam, the general manager, for clear communication during the transfer. The maintenance team has been consistently fast and reliable. Work orders are handled quickly, professionally, and with minimal disruption. Huge thanks to the concierge team as well. We moved in last October and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our leasing agent, Megan, was exceptional throughout the entire process—she answered all our questions thoroughly and made what could have been a stressful move remarkably smooth. We’re truly grateful for her assistance. After two months of living here, we can confidently say this is a welcoming community. The concierge service is efficient, the resident events are well-organized and enjoyable, and the common areas are consistently clean and well-maintained. I’ve also been impressed by how quickly maintenance responds whenever issues arise.

Living at Lyon Place has been fantastic! My wife and I have had such a great experience — Megan and Wilbur are amazing, and the front desk team is always on top of things, especially with packages and questions. Whenever there’s a maintenance issue in the apartment, it gets taken care of right away — we’re especially grateful to Henry for his quick and reliable help. The location is perfect: super convenient yet still peaceful and cozy. The neighbors are also friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the sense of community. And it’s great for pets, too! Honestly, we can’t recommend it highly enough.

Great experience! The apartments are spacious and the leasing team is very helpful and supportive. The 24/7 concierge is really helpful with fixing stuff. I’m especially impressed with their amenities- the indoor pool and entrance to Trader Joe’s is really convenient!

Amazing staff, the employees at the front desk are always helpful and a pleasure to see. The building manager (Wilber) is kind and responds to things quickly. The maintenance team also responds quickly and always does great work. The lobby and building are incredibly clean, there is rarely a long wait for the elevator, and our apartment has a wonderful view. The best part is being able to walk to Trader Joe’s without having to leave our apartment building and how close everything is.
