I would not recommend anyone to live here. The leasing office staff is rude, including the manager. The maintenance service is subpar. They have failed keep the tenants as well the surrounding community safe with their negligence. I have directly put in a maintenance request to the manager and nothing was done which forced me to go beyond the manager. After the matter was resolved, I am now facing retaliation. I do not wish anyone to go through what I have experienced during my 4 year residency.

It's quiet the home is nice a little to quiet that my car got broken into in less than 30 days of living here

I like the place and the staffs was very nice, I life there for 3 years before getting accept for pharmacy school in Virginia. I recently graduated I want to return back there… I wish I could get something sooner.

I have lived here for 20 years. When I first moved in Mr Tony was the manager. He was great and I wish he never left. For almost 2 years now I have been without water to drink or bath in. I have always paid rent on time, never caused any problems. I lost my job and had to do a 0 income with section 8 which they granted, and even though I have papers saying my rent is 0, they went to a judge to get me evicted for non payment of rent. I never received any notice to even go to court to defend myself,and the judge ruled in their favor. They are mad because section 8 refuses to pay them either. The apartment is in abatement and the judge doesn't even know it. If they think I am not going to sue them they are crazy.

I visited lyon homes today. I really like the area. I've heard a lot of great things about the area. I went to the rental office, I spoke to a lady there by the name of "Izzy" her customer was on nice, she give me a lot of information about the area. I spoke with the manager, and they was just as sweet as pie. Thanks Izzy for the for information and keep up the good work.
