Minoo was actually broker for the sellers but she was equally helpful to us and with our broker without any hesitation. She was so professional of answering and guiding us throughout the whole process. Agent Minoo Pajounia spent several full days exclusively bringing me, my wife & kids, and parents to see homes around the Long Island areas. We saw many houses and eventually found a home we liked and bought. Thanks to Minoo who was very responsive from early morning to late nights to tirelessly set up appointments and answer my inquiries. She was very straight-forward with the facts that I needed to choose a right home and at the right price. More importantly, she was also very personal and caring on our needs. Was dealing with Minoo. Absolutely the worst broker I have ever dealt with in my life. Extremely unprofessional- she had the audacity to call me obnoxious when I simply asked for an update. She called me rude because I asked her to text me the update. She couldn’t email me either. Incapable of doing anything honestly. She makes so many excuses as to why she can’t get back to you when in reality she’s just plain lazy. Would not recommend using her. As a broker she is not aggressive at all nor on your side. She is extremely slow at getting back to you. In order to get any updates, you have to follow up numerous times.
