DONT LIVE HERE! Appliances are very dated, minimal outlets, no outlets in bathrooms, no security measures whatsoever and they will not do anything about your belongings being stolen. Parking garage has consistent leaks and maintenance is very slow. Landlord company cheaps out in every single way to maximize profits while doing nothing to actually improve the quality of their units. Rent is being raised by 30% despite the lack of EVERYTHING. Don’t be fooled by the “old charm” because it quickly wears off when you realize your best interest is the last in line of consideration.
