I had the worst experience at this apartment complex. The Colton who assisted me was extremely rude, snobby, and completely unprofessional. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, he acted arrogant and dismissive the entire time. If you work in customer service especially at a place where people are considering living basic respect should be the minimum. He doesn’t even live there, yet he acted like he was doing me a favor by answering simple questions. It was uncomfortable and honestly shocking how ignorant and unfriendly he was. First impressions matter, and this was a terrible one. I would seriously recommend management look into their staff training because this kind of behavior drives potential residents away.

LVL 29 has been an amazing place to live. From day one the leasing team, especially Ethan and Kristi, have gone above and beyond for me. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything I need, whether it is answering questions, working with my schedule, or finding solutions quickly. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents here and it makes a huge difference in the overall experience. The maintenance team is just as impressive. They are fast, professional, and very detail oriented. They actually knew about an issue with my HVAC system before I even noticed anything was wrong and took care of it right away. WE absolutely love living here. LVL29 is a beautiful place to live. It is always clean and kept up to perfection. The employees are just terrific. All the concierge and valet employees are always here for us. If we need any help they are ready with smiles on their faces. We especially think Cisco is the best. He is always there for us. He is so personable, knowledgeable and truly cares about his residents. He is so amazing!! THANK YOU LVL29!
