Luxia Preston Apartments

Highly recommend! Beautiful apartments, great location, really great office staff! I never felt unsafe in the time I lived here which is hugely important to me. I just recently moved out due to work relocation, but would definitely have renewed my lease had that not been the case. Management, especially Kathy the property manager, was so kind and beyond helpful while I had major surgery. Really great experience here overall!

We had a great experience working with Xaria. She was professional, responsive, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. She answered all our questions and ensured everything was handled efficiently. We truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her.

I have lived here almost 2 years. It is a great location. But there are bugs and roaches outside and in the pool and grill areas. So many roaches in that area it’s disgusting. I have had ants inside my apartment and other bugs and I pay monthly for them to spray and I work from home on Wednesdays, the day they say they spray, and I’ve not seen them once. I also have to wait about a week to 2 weeks for any maintenance request to be completed. The office staff is never there. Recently I have had packages go missing. Mainly Christmas gifts I had ordered and they said they can’t find them and I need to file a stolen complaint with the company then called me the next day to tell me they found it but they’re closing in 2 minutes (at 11am on a Thursday) and that they’re not responsible if my mail

Severe towing and unnecessary fees. To elaborate, I was visiting a resident at this property and got in around 9:30 pm and parked at the top most floor of the garage as instructed. I was told I needed to register my car which I did at around 11 pm but when I walked out in the morning at 6 am to head out, my car was gone.. I had to uber to Downtown Plano 30 minutes away and pay the tow company $400 to get my vehicle. I asked what time they towed my car and they said 10 pm…. This is during the holidays and Christmas, $400 doesn’t come easy and surely was meant for gifts for my loved ones. This apartment is not around anything special for it to be a place where people who aren’t visiting a resident are parking. This is in Plano not Downtown, let’s be fr. A warning or even a ticket would have

Today I visited Luxia at Preston, and Xaria made the experience wonderful. She was welcoming, helpful, and provided all the information I needed. The community is beautiful and very well kept. I highly recommend this property and their professional staff!
