Her detailed answers helped me understand every step, and she proactively shared helpful recommendations for utilities, insurance, and rent payment. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness, and I feel much more confident about my move thanks to her support.

Worked with Jess, she was great! Super accommodating and pleasant to work with. Rent process application process felt fairly corporate, but Jess helped it go well.

She was extremely helpful with helping me find an apartment that was within my price range, she even went out of her way to go video both of the apartments I was interested in looking at. You can feel her enthusiasm and her kindness largely! I am very grateful for her help.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. While I was living there, the management and maintenance were fine, though there were occasional issues. However, the problems began after I moved out. They sent me an unreasonable final bill to avoid returning any part of my security deposit, and the charges were written in a way that was very difficult to understand, even though I left the apartment in very clean condition. Additionally, during my time there, several broken trees were left in the parking lot for months without being cleaned up.
