Luxe at 1820

We’ve had a great experience with the property management team since moving in. Olivia made the move-in process incredibly easy and smooth, which we really appreciated. We did have a few concerns with the apartment at move-in, but they were addressed immediately. Annie, the property manager, personally reached out to apologize and made sure everything was resolved and that we were completely satisfied. We’ve been here for almost three months now and couldn’t be happier with the management, maintenance team, and overall responsiveness. It’s reassuring to live somewhere where concerns are taken seriously and handled promptly.

We just moved in this past Thanksgiving weekend, 2023. We came from Camden Visconti which was not a good experience. I left a review about it. I have to say that I LOVE our new apt at Luxe so far. We have so much more room than we did before. We got a 3 BR apt for not much more than we have paid for 2 BR apts. previously. The major thing I love about this place is that it seems to be very, very quiet compared to other communities that I have lived in. If it wasn't for the fact their is a hotel being built next door, it would be almost like living in a rural area. There has been a lot of rumbling and beeping noises from the big earth movers. This review is for the maintenance guy named Barry. He was super sweet. He came and fixed my dryer, which is what my maintenance order was about and it was like three other things that needed fixing in my apartment my stove light would t turn off my door for my garbage can was loose and one of my electrical sockets in my room wasn’t working and he did not hesitate to say I’ll get everything done for you and he did it so quickly with a smile on his face like I really appreciate him having people like that that work for this complex or work with this complex is everything because you make your tenants feel so appreciated so I definitely appreciate Barry and what he did for me today🥰

Olivia and her team did a great job making my moving process easy. They respond to their emails and phone calls well. And the apartment was in great condition prior to move in.

Peter, Olivia and Jaden truly have made the move in process so smooth. We just moved to Tampa and living here has been so amazing. Peter has made sure any maintenance needed was taken care of promptly and they really go out there way to make sure everything is taken care of. I truly love how quiet and safe our community feels. 10 stars rating for Luxe at 1820 and the team. :)
