Lux Apartments

Erin from management was very professional, welcoming, sweet and kind. From the beginning to the end of moving into my apartment was fast and easy. From the tour, to the application, and move in process super easy, yet safe. My two boys and I love our new place. My life is a bit of a mess and management Erin did a fast proficient job to help me move in as quick as possible. Some minor maintenance needs to be done here and there, but that’s all places and apartments. Very understandable. I love all the amenities that’s available to the residents here. Also love the notification we have via email about snow plowing, maintenance, safety precautions and measures. Communication from management is consistent and direct. I moved into the Lux about one month ago. I have made the best decision moving here. The building is always very clean, and great amenities. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. We had a bad snow storm about a week ago, and the entire lot was clean out within a day. I am very impressed with how wonderful this building is. I walk around and find something beautiful each time. I love the beautiful theater room, and great workout space. Thank you guys for all that you.

Moved into Lux early this year and have nothing but good to say about the team and staff. Erin is always kind and willing to help whenever possible. Also great that she also lives here. Maintenance is always prompt and work is complete within a reasonable time. Only a few minor issues. There are a lot of wasps, which have not ever entered the apartment but they are everywhere in the summer. The apartments also do run warm and or hot depending on the time of year. Another issue is the elevator, having this many apartments and 11 floors makes 1 elevator super slow to travel up and down. Another thing to look out for is the cleanliness of the parking especially the garage. The garage is in need of a good cleaning. I've been here for 18 months, and this place is really great. The amenities are very nice to have, and are as cool as advertised. The free Internet make up for the $80ish you'd give to Comcast. The office manager is always easy to work with, and maintenance requests are addressed promptly. The soundproofing between units is very good (6" of cement for walls and ceilings of I remember right). The neighbors are friendly, and there aren't any sort of rodents or bugs. There were some wasps mentioned in old reviews, but I've never had one get inside or really seen them more than anywhere else in the summer. I highly recommend it here. I have lived at Lux for about a year and a half now. I love it here! The units are well arranged and have a very modern feel. Every now and then I need something serviced and the maintenance team is quick and professional while also being quite friendly. The amenities are convenient and impressive. Even the other tennants are kind and understanding when they have the opportunity to meet my dog and his untimely barks. I would absolutely recommend living here to anyone who is looking!
