Ive been here 6 years, listen to me. PLEASE. it's cheap because its BAD. If I could go Zero stars-I would. This place is gross. A train wreck to say the least. There's black mold in a majority of the apartments. The manager doesn't care. You can report and REPORT IT; it doesn't matter. You will suffocate in the mold and MICE coming from the fields. eating through the ceilings and floors. I've paid rent on time, every month. But my rent "went missing" 4 times. Until I notified them I had the receipts and will take this to court. My rent was found every time they heard of my receipts. They are incredibly rude. You will hate life here. It's gross, you can't even spend time with your family outside without harassment from the property managers. (They go through about 4 property managers a year

Went and applied to this place because they accepted dogs and cats. Put in an application which cost me $50, the next day they said they could not rent to me because I have a pitbull(the sweetest dog ever) and they dont allow that breed on property. Would have been nice if they put which breed of dogs are not allowed so I didnt have to waste $50 on a pointless application . Very upset about it and also not all pitbulls are mean and vicious, most are raised nice and sweet.
