Deceptive and very unprofessional management specially the so called” I am the manager” that hides behind “policy” to rip off military tenants I am writing this review to raise awareness, especially for remote renters and military personnel. Luna Verde Apartments has deceptive and unethical management that either withholds critical information or changes the story later to justify overcharging tenants. We were overseas on military orders when the lease began. A fellow service member picked up the keys on our behalf, and management had no issue with this at the time. No inspection was done, no inspection sheet was provided, and no requirement was explained. Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment management was very disappointing. While I understand that inspections are necessary after move-out, I feel the charges applied afterward were unreasonable and excessive. In addition, the hallways were frequently left in poor condition with pet waste present. We personally went to the office to report this issue, but no action was taken to have it cleaned. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and overall property management. Due to the lack of responsiveness, cleanliness, and professionalism, I would not recommend this property.

When I moved in I asked for a ground floor. They sent me a lease and it wasn’t for a ground floor by the time I had to sign it was too late to look at another apartment complex. It smelt terribly like cats piss was everywhere. Kids would frequently be in the pool at night drinking. They lost my renewal lease, where I added a few extra months and then want to charge me more money when I was moving out.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went without air for majority of our lease (obviously we weren't the only ones regarding issues w the air.) Continuosly wrote to the leasing office our concerns and things that needed to be fixed and would never get those things fixed (we have proof of all the things we had emailed and wrote on paper that we took personally to the leasing office.) Payed for the parking spaces and sometime in the summer they were doing "maintnence" on the parking spots for about 3 weeks maybe even longer and still charged us for the parking spots which was incosiderate since we were paying to not even have our parking spaces.
