Luna Mia Apartments

I read the reviews before applying for an apartment in this building. I was hesitant about even requesting a tour. Running out of time in my previous residency and having gotten poor or no response from other locations I had applied I decided to at least check out the apartment. The service I received from the time I applied until writing this review is what made me decide to post. Every time I reached out I was able to get in contact with either an actual person or a very capable AI that fooled me. (I am getting old so I wouldn't be surprised if I was fooled.) Most the time the rep was able to assist me right away or transfer me to the person that could help. The times that my question need an answer from someone not currently available I agreed to a call back expecting not to get

The old management let a pipe burst in the wall and fully leak for about 2 weeks and then just covered it up with plywood in the basement once they made it stop. That building is just molded and rotting from the walls and there’s no way to fix something like that with that big of a mold problem.

Someone in this building screams manic schizophrenic gibberish and the word “punta” for HOURS on end. Very loudly. It wakes people up in the neighboring buildings and has been going on for months now.

This building is abysmal. The only time I've ever gotten a response from the management team was when there was a dead rat in the toilet and all the said was "we are aware, thanks". They refuse to respond about any actual issues and they switch managers so often that even when you have everything confirmed, they'll switch managers and nobody will know what's happening. They haven't put my last months rent that I paid when I moved in and I'm getting emails saying I'm late paying and I can almost guarantee they're going to try tacking late fees onto their mistake

This place is disgusting and hazardous. Sewer flies everywhere. Poop urine and hair covering all toiletes and showers. Bugs EVERYWHERE. The homeless population comes and goes as they please. Paper thin walls and rooms less thsn 200 square feet. I tried to ask basic questions politely after trying to talk to a human for years and the manager agatha was hostile and rude!! Like.. really really dismissive no matter how polite i was.. us poor people got problems again i guess! After a whole year of trying to talk to a person!!! She was just short of cursing me out because i was concerned over loosing acces to the building over all the break in attempts breaking the lock!!!!
