Highly recommend using Nico Andresakes at Luminate Bank. As first time home buyers he guided us through the entire process from pre approval all the way to closing. He was extremely knowledgeable, always available to answer all the questions we had, and made the process as comfortable and seamless as possible. Nico went above and beyond for us and treated our home buying experience as if it was his own. Couldn’t recommend him and his team enough.

We had a really good experience refinancing with Steve and his team (especially Josh). I would call Nicholas Andresakes. I am a multiple time customer. He truly takes care of his people and if he has many options that place him very competitive in the market. Quality of advice, level of service were meaningfully better than other providers I’ve worked with and he went above and beyond. The costs were fair and reasonable and market prices. He could have easily charged more for what he provided (but don’t tell him that!).
