Living at Lumina Apartments has been a great experience. The location is incredible—close to everything while still feeling safe and comfortable. Safety is clearly a priority here, which makes it an easy place to feel at home. The amenities are also excellent and well maintained, making everyday living feel a little more elevated. One of the best parts of living here is the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Ryan from the leasing office in particular goes above and beyond and is always a pleasure to work with. The maintenance team is top notch. As a brand-new resident at Lumina Apartments located at 301 Washington St., Conshohocken, PA 19428, I can honestly say my move-in experience has exceeded every expectation—and that’s largely thanks to Austin Hennesy. From my very first inquiry, Austin was incredibly responsive, professional, and welcoming. Scheduling a tour was easy, and when I arrived, he took the time to walk me through every detail of the property. He was knowledgeable about the building and the neighborhood, transparent about the leasing process, and genuinely excited to show what makes Lumina special. We just renewed for another term at the Lumina, which will keep us here for 3+ years. The community is friendly, engaging, and safe. The size, features, and pricing of the units are second to none in the area. The maintenance team is quick to take action and thorough with any fixes needed. The amenities, access to walking/biking trails, and short distance to the train and Fayette street are a huge plus. We could not be more appreciative for Ryan, the rest of the office staff, and the maintenance team for still making this complex feel like home after a few years. After living in other complexes around the area over the past decade, there is nowhere we would recommend more!

My fiancé and I have lived at Lumina for three years and absolutely love it! We recently transferred to a two bedroom and this was such an easy process thanks to the assistant property manager, Ryan! The staff is always so helpful with Ryan being so personable, kind and going above and beyond to ensure we are happy! I could not recommend Lumina more!

The apartment itself is fantastic—spacious, modern, with great natural light and all the conveniences I wanted.
