Lumen Apartments

I moved to Bainbridge Place Apartments on August 1st 2018 and immediately was treated so kindly! This made me renew my lease for August 2019-2020. From early move in and help with the leasing process to welcoming me with open arms! I have not had any major issues with the leasing office. The maintenance staff “Jeff” is the best person I’ve ever had as maintenance for my apartment. As soon as I submit a maintenance request, he is there the very next morning. He also always talks to me and loves on my dog when I’m walking her! The office staff is amazing. Makenna is a great person and helps any way she can! Cole has been a tremendous help with tough times I’ve experienced over the past year. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an affordable and spacious apartmen

This neighborhood had been my favorite thus far. The layout provides space and privacy. You are able to feel as if you're in a 1/1 but also have the security of knowing that if you ever get lonely, there's roommates to visit throughout the apartment. The neighbors are very friendly. Generally everyone speaks when you see them. The new leasing manager Garrett is great. He makes an effort to not only get residents involved in neighborhood activities but also the neighborhood improvement process. I have personally gone to him with neighborhood concerns and we sit and brainstorm ideas to combat the issues. He genuinely cares about his residents. You can tell by his sense of urgency when you call about an issue. This coming fall will be my 3rd year in the neighborhood and I can honestly say, G

Ive been here almost 2 years now. As my first place moving out im really impressed with the quality of this place. Ive heard many horror stories from friends who've stayed at places much worse. If you have an issue and bring it up with them office they are very quick to resolve the issue. My roommates that ive been paired with have been great and are very much like myself so we get along well. They keep the pool very clean and inviting. I've recommended this place to many of my friends already not only for the price but also the comfort of living. Some of them have even moved in and agree that this place is good.

I love the layout of the rooms and having a private entrance is really nice. Megan the manager is a really hardworking person and does a good job of making sure that I know my requests are being taken care of. James is also super friendly and always seems to be in an uplifting mood. Overall it’s a good inexpensive place to live.

So, I've been here for a number of years now and I have had no issues with renewing my lease time and time again. The office staff is nice and the maintenance man, Jefferey has been doing spot on with keeping up with repairs. However, I do feel as though it is a bit pricey for utilities here and as of late the complex hasn't been the safest place to be in. Overall, I've had an okay experience. Not horrible but not phenomenal either.
