Lullwater at Saluda Pointe

This is the place that all money is theirs and all responsibilities are the tenants. In a word that you pay them to rule over you. You pay for trash pickup. They won't pick up if your trash doesn't fit in their trash pin. Also,they threaten you they will take your trash pin away if you put it outside your apartment during the day. Then charge you money to ask it back. They would not answer your requirements to get things fixed for weeks. When we moved in, all most everything had issues. Dishwasher leaked. Toliet did not flush. After they finally came to "fix it", it broke again after 2 days. Everything inside is just old. Do not get fooled by their landscaping. That is the trap. You live inside the apartment, not outside. If you can avoid it don't rent here.

Very nice place but a little noisy. Very good location and very nice staff. Not too much children stuff. You can easily hear the sound of fan from your upstairs neighbor.

I lived here for 2 years. I chose this apartment based on a previous tenants recommendation and the cheaper cost of the amount of space compared to other more modern but smaller apartments. The small amount of savings was not worth the hassle of living here. Cons: - the state of my unit was sad. Warped cabinets, stained floors, random patches in carpeting and wall paint that looked bad. The windows were nasty and moldy with condensation inside. When i submitted a work order, i was told "the windows were fitted too tight when the apartment was built" so there was nothing they could do about it. - bugs. Despite extermination, bait, and rigorous cleaning, it was a constant fight with German cockroaches. Every time it seemed like they were gone, a new wave would start. - lack of communicati

Property has trash everywhere. Landscaping looks like a trash dump. This shows that management does not care about keeping the property up. Management could care less. The rent is way over priced. One could rent a house as the same rate. The manager is the worst I have ever experienced. She is not friendly and is out to rip off the tenant. The Manage company only cares about making money for the owner. My rent this year went up 212 dollars for a one bedroom, one bath 900 square feet. I was told if I did not like the rent hike then I should just leave. The manager will not work with you. The county ordnance states that an apartment can increases rent by the consumer index pluss 5 present. My rent increase at that point should have been 13 per cent. My rent went up 23 percent. Buyer be ware.

This is a great place to live at, i don’t know what the people below are talking about. Its a nice friendly neighborhood with great amenities. Ashton at the leasing office goes out of his way to help you when needed. The maintenance is also top notch i never had to wait more than 3 days on a request to be fixed, issues get faster resolution if its an emergency, i have had conversation if others who live on sunset blvd at other apartment about there service request and i love this neighborhood even more. Its close to sunset blvd, with a rating 8 school district. With regular inspection done and regular pest control every Thursday.
