Ludington Apartments

These apartments took me in at the lowest point of my life. Got back on my feet here. Ended up moving for safety reasons. Someone tried breaking into our apartment late one night and my son was only a year old. Moved out to cypress the next week. This was over a decade ago and maybe the area has changed.

Here's my review of my absolutely terrible experience. Giving this apartment a 1 star is by far a compliment. Where do I begin? I couldn't be more dissatisfied with my experience at Ludington Apartments. From day one, it has been an absolute nightmare. First of all, the management here is beyond incompetent. They promise you the moon during the leasing process, but as soon as you sign that lease, they're nowhere to be found when you have issues. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks, and even when they finally decide to fix something, it's done half-heartedly and usually ends up breaking again shortly after. The quality of the apartments is abysmal. I can't count how many times I've had to deal with plumbing issues, leaks, and electrical problems. It's like they used the cheapest

Been living here for 15 years.i have not have any problems.love how close to everything restaurants-store-and shopping.We have a new sheriff in towe that’s very sweet .praying she stays for a long time .Love how big my place is and I have washer and dryer connections.

Paid for the application. Agreed on the apartment number then they called to change the apartment number asked for 2 more weeks after the 2 more weeks they said that it was going to be a different apartment but they wanted the rent even though that apartment wasn’t ready. After almost 2 months they are calling to check if we need the apartment that’s ridiculous. This apartments were great before now they are just worthless. $150 in the trash.

The apartments are filthy and Mr. Sibias the owner is a slum Lord. I live there 5 years and I seen the apartments go from nice to trash. They change office managers so much and add rules every month. Your water bill is higher than you would pay in a house. They will not fix nothing and maintenance suck! Don't rent here
