I highly recommend Tyler Hudgins as a homebuilder or to represent you in your next real estate transaction. Tyler is ultra-responsive, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of new construction, project management, current real estate market and always does everything he says he will. Tyler just finished building our custom modular home with 400 ft.² of covered porch as additional outdoor living space. We could not be more happy with the entire process from start to finish. The project was completed within the timeline originally set and came in right on budget.Thank you for everything Tyler!!

Hudgins Homes quite literally gave us our life back. We had a house fire in 2021 and Tyler was there for us every step of the way, showing us different designs, layouts, what he's able to move (windows, doors, etc.) to make the house more comfortable and functional for our family. Tyler went above and beyond to help us get back into our house ASAP since we were misplaced without a home. Great customer service, easy to work with, great communication, good company/family/people all around who care about the buyer/customer as a person outside of just money to make. If you need someone to build a home for you that you can trust, don't consider anyone else, except Hudgins Homes!

We contact Hudgins Homes about building a home near Charlottesville and Tyler advised us that we are out of their area. However, rather than leaving the conversation at that, he went above and beyond to put us in touch with a Virginia Homes factory rep and a local builder. "You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him" - Tyler probably won't ever make a cent off of us (though we'll certainly hire him if we can!) and he still treated us like his most valuable customer.
