Most unprofessional, incompetent customer service and real state company I have ever dealt with. My advice for any family looking for renting a house, do not rent from this company.

Please everybody who is reading this run far away from this Company!!!!! I Recently Moved out and i Have proof of how Great of a condition i left the unit in, New Paint, Clean A/c Filters, No Holes in the wall etc I hired a Cleaning Lady and they took a chunk out of my Deposit. The People who work here are very rude and unprofessional, they Charged me $900 for Paint, $120 For Cleaning $400.00 for A/c Coil cleaning and $284.00 for Administration fee( to come over and inspect the unit) They robbed me and when i called to inquire about the deductions the lady who answered the phone told me the person who deals with that area is not in and they're always in an out the building, so i ask who can i talk to and the told me she cant help me so I'm guessing my money just went up in the wind. If there was an option to leave no stars I would. I dealt with Jorge Fernandez. Not responsive at all. I tried several times contacting by email, text and phone for one of his listing for crying out loud. We actually sent a list price offer on a rental he was the listing agent for in SILVER PLAMS EAST. I'm sure the owner never got that offer at all. After I got a hold of him he was very rude & unprofessional. How can you have someone representing you that acts this way to potential business? SMH. He wasn't aware of current market prices, wasn't aware of what a credit rating scale was, ect.... His listing even had errors and he failed to disclose landlords requirements. I wish I could say something good about this company but unfortunately they are inhumane and they disrespect people. Becareful with this real estate company I had a terrible experience and I would not trust them. They don't even give people a chance and just care about money. Let's just say I had a bad experience with this company.

Very clean and beautiful place, very friendly, the food espectacular don't forget to try the biscuits, to die for
