Lucky Davidson made my move absolutely seamless. I had lived in my home for ten years and was really anxious about such a big change, but Lucky was calm, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. She handled every detail perfectly and kept me confident from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Highly recommend!

Extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior. This agent was involved in an illegal rental agreement and worked closely with the landlord to pressure us into staying in unsafe and unacceptable living conditions. They ignored serious issues with the property and tried to charge us additional fees without justification. When we decided to move out, they made the process as difficult as possible and refused to take responsibility for anything. This experience was stressful, exploitative, and completely unacceptable. We are now pursuing legal action. I’m leaving this review to warn others — stay away from this agent.

Warning! Think twice before working with this agent. They made us sign an illegal rental agreement and now refuse to let us move out. We paid: • $1,850 – first month’s rent • $1,850 – last month’s rent • $1,850 – agent commission • $1,000 – security deposit That’s a total of $6,550 — and they still haven’t returned a single dollar. They took our money, violated our rights, and are now trying to trap us in the property. This is a scam and a serious abuse of trust. We’re moving forward with legal action, and we’re posting this to warn others: don’t let them do the same to you.

Lucky rent to me co-op apartment. It was very big application and took long time by board. She was patien and did perfect job. I appreciate her. For next time when I need help for real estate I only will go to her. Hardly recommend

I know Lucky last 10 years . She rent to me apartment and later sold me other apartment. I recommend her as professional broker. She response right the way. Good personality. I really appreciate her.
