Lucia Apartments

I live on the third floor, and I do have some noisy neighbors who leave trash Sometimes (In the stairwells) And like to party after hours.. Long story short, A visitor/resident took a big poop on the wall on the third floor Also, peed everywhere. It’s been there for three days and Lucia Apartments cleaning Team.Are all aware of it, but I guess they don’t want to clean it. It’s been an ongoing issue for a couple days & when you enter the complex It smells really bad, like poop . The smell is even starting to seep in my unit.. Not sure if I should call a third-party to come to the apartments And pay them to clean up that mess.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service manager. I was ready to apply for the apartment, but they couldn’t even tell me whether it had been renovated or not how is that something they don’t know? Moreover they told me that I will see when I move in?? On top of that, the person I spoke with was neither helpful nor friendly, even after I clearly stated I was ready to move forward. Very frustrating experience. The 1st impression is always the important.

Great apartments to live at! I’ve been living here for the last few months and so far I’ve been having a great experience. Having the laundry machines inside the apartment unit is a great time saver and very convenient since I don’t have to spend money for the laundry and my baby dogs have plenty of room to recreate themselves and live.

I have been here a bit over a year. I wanted to put a review up a long time ago but hey, life. Anyways, I love this place. First off, they are very pet friendly and that is something that is hard to come by. Communication is on point. They are always emailing us regarding any disturbances. The apartments have been going through some construction due to rebuilding the building that caught fire. 😅 they have provided us with free laundry, we don't have to pay to wash our clothes. Maintenance is on site for emergencies and they keep the place clean. They have had a resident appreciation day for us, we had a taco truck. I have not met one rude resident, everyone is friendly and neighbor like. I love it here and I do not plan on leaving anytime soon.
