LTS Homes

After an extensive interview of five builders, LTS stood above the rest from Day 0 (get to know each other phase) until present day (1 month living in our new home). Day zero included a walkthrough on our land where LTS was the only builder to advise and ensure a full size walkout basement with no water issues is possible. The next phase was as promising… picking a house design. After hearing our wish list for our new home and scanning several models, the “Woodland” was recommended to us. The “Woodland” was love at first sight! Next step was adding personal touches to the design, then it was full steam ahead. After an eight month build, we are now living in our own “Heaven on Earth” for one month as very happy, blessed, and thankful homeowners. Thank you Joe, Rita, Jillian, Rick, Kei

Overall, our experience with LTS was very good, and we’re happy with the final result. Design and Planning: We came in with a rough idea of what we wanted the house to look like, and the design team did a great job helping us refine it. They were receptive to our requested changes and worked through several iterations to get everything just right. I was meticulous about things like electrical outlets and small layout adjustments, and they were patient and accommodating through all of it. Selections and Customization: The process of choosing fixtures and finishes was smooth. LTS offers a strong selection of products, but we decided to leave some items—like light fixtures—unfinished. Kudos to LTS! We are approaching our 1 year anniversary in our beautiful home.
