Ltd. Med Center Apartments

I am writing this review with extreme disappointment regarding the leasing manager Jessica. Her attitude and behavior have been consistently subpar, creating a frustrating living environment for residents. One of the most glaring issues is her inability to listen to concerns. It's as if she operates under the assumption that she already knows everything, dismissing valid complaints and suggestions without proper consideration. This dismissive attitude makes residents feel unheard and undervalued. Recently, I had a particularly disheartening experience with the leasing manager. Another resident and I were gearing up to tackle our errands. As we were about to head out, my friend realized she might have misplaced her garage key. Ms. Kirayonna and Ms. Fatima are truly the reason I chose to make Ltd Med my home. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, supported, and confident in my decision. As this is my very first apartment, I was extremely nervous about the process, but they turned what could have been overwhelming into something exciting and genuinely enjoyable. Their patience, kindness, and professionalism meant more to me than I can express. They took the time to answer every question, reassure me, and guide me through each step with so much care. I just recently had a review done by Fatima. Fantastic she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property. The grounds are well maintained and up-to-date modern styles are a great touch. The amenities like the fitness room and pool very impressive. The natural lighting and spacious apartments are terrific. I believe I shall be back. Thank you
