Never helpful with our mantience request, never even responded to me, just my husband which felt like discrimination. Roach infestion, expired water heater, leaking toilet, uneven floor boards, mice in ceiling/air vent all was "must ask owner for approval", what's the point of your company if the owner needs to be asked for simple mantience request.? Also, sent out an unlicensed technician who got angry when asked for proof of license. The property they managed, ended up selling to a new owner, which is a good thing as they will no longer manage the property. I do not recommend them to manage your property, they are taking "rent/money" and that's all they seem to "manage". (Bakersfield, CA)

Very disappointed on how LRS handles refunds when it comes to our deposit. For anyone moving out make sure to schedule a move out inspection. We had scheduled one and Crystal canceled last minute on us. Now I see why , they will try to charge you for things that were never removed OR were already damaged due to leaks in their old pipelines. Make sure to take pics when you move out for evidence. We will be reporting them to the BBB and DRE.

They were not helpful. And we paid for application and got denied because as they said lack of income on a 1000 a month place and we made well over 3x the amount but also it is not required anymore and is illegal to deny us especially when. We have more than enough and they judged on were we live. They were the worst reality have ever worked with. Do not recommend. We should get our money back.

In the past few years, LRS Kern County has been a reputable and engaging rental management company. We moved to Bakersfield and the staff at the Tehachapi office have been helpful and communicative. Shout out to Chrystle for helping us locate a great place to live, to Dianne and Gail at the office for their willingness and responsiveness to answer all our questions when they arise, and to Dale, who assists us with all of our maintenance requests and repairs. Also, special thanks to Luis and the other repairmen contracted by LRS, as they have been polite and have done a great job. Overall, I’m happy to be working with LRS Realty & Management Kern office during our time residing here in Bakersfield.

I have been renting from them for a year now and they have been swift and helpful for anything that has happened in our home. Dale has been an absolute lifesaver and works SO incredibly hard for me, she has been beyond reassuring and so professional. I love having this as my rental company and Dale is absolutely my new bff! Thank you again for all your wonderful service.
