LRG Rentals

I have been renting from them for a year now, and am extremely happy with my apartment at Laurel Village. The apartments are well maintained, the staff is VERY responsive and helpful, and when I have had any maintenance issue they have responded and resolved it immediately. Most of my utilities, including heat, are included with the rent, which has also been a benefit. Highly recommend!

I rented from LRG for 1 year at the 650 George St. location. I had a very positive experience. They quickly fixed any maintenance request I put in and the details of the lease were very agreeable. I would have stayed longer if I had not moved closer to family. The apartments are very clean and well kept. When you move out, you have to schedule a carpet cleaner. The apartment building had plenty of parking and a dumpster for tenants. Upon moving out, I cleaned my apartment as thoroughly as I could, and I received most of my deposit back. I would recommend renting from them.

Don't waste your time. Impossible to reach anyone. Paper thin walls, so you hear everything from casual conversation to people walking around. Electric is through the roof $200+ in the winter with the heating/ cooling unit set between 65-68°. Extremely hot in the summer as there is no ac going down the hall and into the 2 bedrooms. Nasty drafts coming from under the door and wall outlets. When we moved into the apartment there were crumbs throughout the kitchen cabinets and drawers and the bathroom wasn't cleaned the best neither. Dishwasher never worked that great neither. Laundry machines in the basement are 1.75 each, and the dryers can only handle a small load.

I rented a townhouse in their Penglyn area and have nothing but great things to say about the company. The townhome itself was clean and well maintained in a quiet setting. I had an issue that required maintenance only once and they were there within an hour to fix the issue. The owner was awesome working with me regarding special circumstances near my move out. They offer month to month after a year for an additional cost, which was perfect when buying a house. Had we not purchased a house we'd still be living there. I had no issues having my security deposit returned to me, and I could have understood had there been a cost or 2 deducted from it. Rent increases were absolutely reasonable - I'd dealt with another management company that would raise the cost by $50/month with each lease

I had the exact same experience as the lady that posted one year ago! So one year later the same thing is happening not sure how they continue to do business. Tina and Kurt tell you that they will have someone call you to schedule a showing then you don't ever receive that call and when you call back they will not take your call you are told they are in a meeting and will call you back and never do. I finally gave up not wanting to deal with a company that was so shady
