LR Contracting

LR came and installed the luxury vinyl tile we purchased for our dining room. We are so pleased with how it all turned out. They did an amazing job! We are loving our new flooring already.

LR did a repair on our drain tile system. Steve, who managed the job listened well to our explanation of the problem and how we wanted it repaired. His crew brought the proper equipment and had the job done well, quickly and at a fair price. We will certainly consider them for future work.

LR Contracting Replaced the entire deck. This included 1) Removing the entire old deck (including hand railing down to lower level), and cracked cement patio foundation. Some of the old deck supports were set aside for later use by owner. 2) Expanding and recompacting foundation prior to setting cement support post, followed by installing the re-enforced cement patio. 3) Supporting posts and cross beams improved previous deck structural integrity. Trex decking and railing system (glass panels for clear visibility) were installed. 4) As the pictures show, the final product is wonderful. 5) In addition, Over 5 yards of dirt was used to upgrade the landscaping. 6) Also, the basement sliding door and window were upgraded to match necessary code requirements for bedroom in basement, as well as

Lonnie answered all of our questions with patience, arrived on time every day, and finished our kitchen remodel on time and on budget. He was great at communicating about problems as they arose and giving us options to consider. They treated our property with respect and did a great job keeping the site clean during construction. We highly recommend LR Contracting and are looking forward to our next project with them!

LRContracting was the only contractor to respond to us while we lived out of state. He worked with us and made it possible to move on time. Everything we asked for was ready, with quality materials and work. Lonnie is a great communicator and his team is hard working. We have more plans that LR Contracting will be doing the work for.
