Your Word is Your Bond. I firmly believe that and unfortunately in this case someone else did not have the same conviction. First of all Boone is very organized, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was very disappointed that our transaction with him went south as I genuinely enjoyed working with him. Here is what happened: 11 acres outside Mackay had been listed for around 2 years and the recent contract fell through because a farmer has a buried irrigation across the middle of the lot. We could not find an easement for this line and the farmer refused to give us permission to put a fence across his line even with a gate. There is also a water management irrigation ditch but they seemed fine with a fence. The property was listed at 120k, the lot directly south sold for 55k 5 ye
