There is a roach infestation. Maintenance will say they will fog, and never show up. Then say they did… I had a meeting with assistant director of housing, director RA, supervisor of maintenance and a maintenance staff for pest control, and the outsourced company that TWU uses for their pest control today. It was an ambush. I worked with DSS to have an early move-in in mid August and still haven’t unpacked my kitchen because they said they needed to clean or spray control from the roaches! They blame the current residents but they don’t even clean the roach feces off with the proper cleaning supplies. Roach feces have pheromones that attract more roaches if not cleaned up properly.
