They sold our home (in this buyers market) at a price point that we were happy with and trust us, it wasn't easy. Donna's negotiation skills, caring and careful approach released our old home. Next was finding a new home. These folks went over and beyond to help lock in our new home. Our team was so ready to close on the home.... down to the last detail. The other side made errors which pushed the closing, but night and day Donna and Darren worked their tail off that make our dream home a reality! Whenever we have gone into the office, whether it be to pay rent or to ask a simple question about the property, most of the staff is extremely rude or unprofessional in behavior. My wife has been laughed at to her face when attempting to turn in paperwork to notify of my deployment and continued to do the same to my chain of command when we called them to talk to them. They are saying they will not accept the paperwork although I'm sure they are required to let us off of our lease when a deployment comes up. It is not in our lease agreement that we cannot get out for deployment, it only does not allow release to move onto base housing. Horrible customer service, the property manager blatantly lied to us about the paperwork, and simply extremely rude and childish.
