Lovejoy Station

Not acceptable! My friends are handicapped and the elevators don't work! I don't even know where to begin so much!

Apartment has been good to me for the most part but having to deal with druggies using our laundry room as a thrash pad/hangout is not cool... edit since I finally needed them to view the security footage for the first time in almost 4 yrs they will act like they can't look it up for you when you see them looking at previous footage right in front of you... bit disappointing.

It used to just be a bunch of seniors but now the residents are the worst, people standing outside all hours of night smoking and drinking, then getting in arguments yelling well past midnight. Certain residents will go out of front door to pee on the building instead of using toilet in their apartment. Dogs left on balcony for hours whining and barking. Just in the past 6 months/year the quality has gone way down. Cops were just there yesterday to arrest someone in a unit last night. Management needs to get their residents under control or start evicting.

Management is a joke here and sits around letting problems escalate/never fixing them. Loud neighbors that get the cops called on them but management doesn’t even consider eviction; animal waste gets tracked in and is poorly cleaned up leaving smells; people smoke everything under the sun just to add to how bad it smells here. Overall a horrible place and other residents I’ve talked to agree how poor management is at their job

I am so appalled at the way I was treated,was asked to move because my guest we're smoking outside of the building on the sidewalk and I caught the janitor going through my bedroom..staff are rude to the tenant's and there guests.. I would not recommend this Apt. Complex to anyone.. not a friendly place to live.
