Louisburg Square Apartments & Townhomes

I’ve truly loved living in this apartment/ townhome community. From day one, it’s felt welcoming, comfortable, and well cared for. The amenities are great, and what really stands out is how incredibly pet-friendly it is — both in policies and in spirit. My pets feel just as at home here as I do. The staff deserve special recognition. They’re consistently friendly, caring, and available whenever needed. On the rare occasions I’ve had maintenance requests, service has been quick and seamless. The maintenance team has always been professional, kind, and respectful of my remote work schedule, which I really appreciate. Louisburg has been a great place to call home. My boyfriend and I instantly loved our place after the first visit. Looking for an apartment can be stressful, but Selen was friendly and helpful from the start of our search and answered any questions or concerns we had quickly and professionally. Maintenance works fast and does a great job. The amenities are really nice, the area feels safe which was most important to me, and the periodic events at the clubhouse were an extra bonus. I've already recommend this place to a few friends looking to move to this area.

My husband lives in this apartment for almost 5 years. I just moved last October from Philippines to live with him. The staff has been very friendly and their service is fast when we process the legal terms moving here. Since I lived in a tropical country its not easy to adjust the weather but the apartment gives me warm comfort. Our apartment has a nice view and we are close to a lot of stores.

Update: My application was denied but, Gloria, the amazing women she is, is trying to get it reversed for myself and my father. My cousin and his family are in the same boat. We are all hoping that it gets reversed because we really want these apartments. Will keep you up dated! ~ As of right now I am extremely happy with the staff. My aunt, grandmother and Cousin are looking for an apartment to move into ASAP and Gloria is going above and beyond to help them get into an apartment by the end of the week. After touring two different apartments I decided to put in an an application for my self and my father. My father is disabled and I think this will be the perfect place for him to spend the rest of his years at. I will update this once I find out about if we all get approved.

This is a great place to live. The team inside and all the maintenance crew are great and requests are handled promptly. It surprises me how quiet it is here too when everything you need and don’t need are just out the door.
