Edit: November 2025: 👎 The complex has implemented a new parking pass system where everyone has assigned spots and your car gets towed if it’s in the wrong spot, this would work but there are a lot of Airbnb’s here and the customers don’t understand their assigned spots. I had to stay up until 3AM the night someone parked in my wife’s spot, stuck in the car on the phone with legacy towing so someone doesn’t tow my car. By the way it’s $100 per spot so we’re paying $200 a month to miss out on vital sleep. This has wrecked every positive opinion I’ve ever had with this place, this has happened to me multiple times and has become a nuisance. I’m paying a small fortune to park here and it’s like a full time job. Edit: September 2025: 👍 MASSIVE improvement of all the amenities, they’ve fixed t

My friend told me to come here and I came when they were having some event? It was cool but the manager was too busy vaping and taking shots to help me. I had to wait 15 minutes to walk around but the lady made me some soda drink for waiting. After her showing me the one I wanted she was laughing about the dishwasher and promised the owners would change them. I have been calling for days to make sure it will be changed before I apply and cant get anyone to answer the phone.

I’m not here to write a poor review of the property itself. I have enjoyed my time here at Lotus. There are some minor things… like the parking garage door breaking and bad smells in the hallways. But overall, it’s a nice place to live and the on-site management is very sweet. My issue comes from the insane communal utility fees. I pay over $320/month in community fees (including parking). These are completely inflated, or management is making us pay extra since occupancy is low. $100 for garage, $110 for internet (you have to buy your own router), and ~$110 in COMMUNAL utility fees (admin fee, CAM, real estate tax, trash/sewer). Then, you have to pay your own utility fees which are about $80/month (small one-bedroom apt). Long story short, expect to pay ~$400/month on top of your monthly

Do you like living in the same building where cops get called and solve partner disputes? LIVE HERE! Do you want to live in a building that has homeless people charging their phones in front of the building? LIVE HERE! Do you want to live in a building where the trash chutes overflow and the whole building smells like trash? LIVE HERE! Do you like using a rent payment system made before the invention of the airplane? LIVE HERE! If you cannot sense the irony already, let me spell it out clearly, I would not recommend living here.

I just moved into the property and absolutely love it so far! From the initial tour to move-in day, everything has been smooth and easy. Management has been very attentive, and I really appreciate how seamless the transition has been. I relocated to Salt Lake from Tennessee, and this experience has made the move so much easier. While I noticed previous reviews mentioning the pool and construction, I haven’t had any issues. It looks like most of the construction is nearly complete, and with the colder weather, the pool and hot tub haven’t been a concern for me. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to move here!
