Lotus Cityline Apartments

Update 7/17/25 The management team at this property has been entirely replaced with new folks who seem to be working to make the community better. However, usps still is the only mail carrier with access to the building. It seems like Lotus doesn’t really care about the residents of Cityline compared to their main Lotus Republic Properties. The property management team hasn’t been given the authority by Lotus to fix the issues that plague the property, so this seems to be an issue with the actual owners and investors in this property. Update 3/26/25 they put balloons out front! Instead of responding or fixing any of the problems below they are prioritizing marketing with these lovely balloons they have placed in front of the doors of their apartment building that still cannot be accessed

I love it here!!! My move went super smooth from start to finish - Management was very helpful every step of the way. My apartment has everything I wanted, too! Downtown location, great space, good lighting for my plants… Everything! Special thanks to the manager (Colby) for being so great to work with!

Living here has been a great experience, and a big part of that is thanks to Colby, our property manager. He’s consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people who live here. Whether it’s handling questions, resolving issues, or just being a friendly presence around the community, Colby brings a level of reliability and attention to detail that really stands out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it makes a noticeable difference in the overall atmosphere of the property. On top of that, the location is fantastic—close to everything I need, which just makes living here even better. Highly appreciate everything Colby does to keep things running smoothly.

Super cute renovated building. Still has a ton of character but has been upgraded so has modern appliances and what not. Also LOVE that it’s right downtown

It’s a good location and the apartments are cute, but this is by far the most poorly managed apartment I have ever lived in. There were mistakes on the lease, no clarity/understanding of the various fees, and issues with the appliances. I’ve also been locked out of the building multiple times when the electronic locking system didn’t have power, and the power itself has been shut off on numerous occasions while construction goes on next door. The parking situation has also been a mess, and I have lived here for nearly four months and still don’t have a mail key or the ability to have packages delivered here. The leasing team cannot seem to answer emails or follow through on things and it has all been very frustrating.
