If I could give negative 0 zero stars I would. Me and my baby lived here late 2022 to mid 2023. I broke my lease due to a major mice infestation. and when I say infestation I mean INFESTED. Ms.Carr did nothing to help but keep sending useless exterminators to my apartment & also had maintenance spying on me , taking pictures of my apartment when I wasn’t home insinuating that the mice infestation was on us. I’ve never had a mice infestation at my old home. Nor was I raised to be dirty or messy. I even had housekeeping for my apartment come in a clean regularly. Me and my boyfriend had to kill the mice on our own it got so bad. I just moved in about 4 months ago and I can say the rent is affordable for a two bedroom but of course with rent that cheap, you’ll deal with a whole heap of issues which is crazy because it’s money you pay everyday so you should at least be comfortable. The mice are uncontrollable here and management and maintenance does little to nothing to help. They tell you they’re no holes in your apartment when clearly you can see the mouse disappear into a space indicating a hole. It’s mouse droppings every morning on the floor I have a crawling baby at that I almost unalived us due to having to bleach and peppermint everything before and after cooking just to make sure the mouse stays off the counters and are clean enough to cook on. 0/10 Do Not Recommend, There Is A HUGE Mice Infestation That The Rental Office Refuses To Do Anything About, Have Been Complaining About It For Over A Year, They Send Someone Out And To Visit Apartment Twice And They Themselves Say “Oh Wow, This Is Bad, There Are Too Many Mice Holes To Cover” At This Point These Are The Mice Apartments And We Just In Their Way. They Run Everywhere From the Stove, Literally In The Ovens When They’re Off, In Your Closet & Bathroom, Jumping & Climbing Everything EVERYWHERE. Everything Brakes What Seems To Be Every Month, Maintenance While Sweet Only Do Quick Fixes So It’s No Help At All. Rental Office Will Make Excuses Or Even Blame You For The Mice Infestation They’ve Had For The Past 7 Years From Research I’ve Done. Please Do Not Move Here Unless You Want A

Wow this community is a lot better than I thought. I've lived hear for a year and Dandra the Leasing Professional made the move smooth from the start. She always gave clear instructions and was very theral. As well as the rest of the staff. Maintanace is always there for service request, and the neighborhood is very quiet. I would move here again.
