Please be aware before moving here , they are NOT HONEST about monthly fees . Trash alone monthly is 52.69. Which half the time is not picked up. Slowly but surely each month each amount is higher than the last , not sure what type of calculation is being used but it needs to be looked into then explained to tenants before move in correct monthly costs to expect. Ridiculous, then when you call.. the poor girl in the front has to run back to the red heads office everytime there is a question come back answer. Now that I am fully moved out and settled in my wonderful new home, I feel confident to express my personal experience with this property. The staff at this complex is horrible. Worst customer service experience ever. And don’t expect them to care unless it’s their Starbucks run. Heather, is a master manipulator and a liar. If you choose this complex, expect extra fees and charges on your monthly statement. And the dark haired finance lady, I forgot her name, will fine you for every little thing. And expect them to contradict any and everything in every situation. Also, my dog contracted fleas multiple times due to the neglect of the dog park area. And don’t get me started on the overflowing dog poop bags. It’s stinky and an eye sore. Basically just do yourself a favor and go anywhere els

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! worst complex i’ve ever live at. they tell me to not worry about the holes to fill so i dont do it but charge me a move out fee for it. the only nice person is frankie. the “property manager” sits in her office on her phone all day. when you need to ask her a simple question she will not get her butt off her chair and talk to you but will make the front office lady go back and forth. she is rude and has a i’m better then you attitude. i used the rhino option which u was told it will apply to my move out cost etc but now saying they have to ask them about it. hated this apartment so much!!!! even my neighbors do not like living here and does not like the red head property manager.

Moved here around 3 or 4 years ago because it was affordable and fairly decent for the price. I moved into a legacy unit (older styling and appliances). The legacy unit was $1116 for rent a month, it has since gone up to $1300 for a single bed 695ft and not to mention all the random fees that are tacked on. The final nail in the coffin for me was the mandatory internet charge being added to the lease even without using the service. There is no say and zero negotiation on the fee either, they expect you to pay off the cost of the forceful install through monthly charges, its just another way to get some extra money out of the residents. You should expect a trash charge of $18, valet trash charge of $25, water base charge, storm water charge, sewer base charge, pest control $5, admin fee $5

Great experience with moving and living here. The apartments and premises are well kept by maintenance while the office staff are incredible property managers. Shout out to Frankie for all her exceptional coordination efforts!
