Los Cerros

I’ve recently become acquainted with the Los Cerros apartments located off N Swan St in the foothills, 4210 N Kiva St, Silver City, NM. The setting is spectacular in that it gives a feeling of a woodsy “getaway”. The setting is quiet and inviting and views of the mountain backdrops are spectacular. Pets are permitted! The Units are quite nice, 1, 2, 3 bedroom units available with water, gas, dishwashers, balconies, tile floors, laundry room all included! Super professional management from Jennifer and on site property Superintendent, Bruce. You’re going to feel right at home! Judy Oloughlin

Under New Management - as of February 1, 2023. Los Cerros Apartments is now under new management. Jennifer, (property manager) and Bruce, (onsite property superintendent) are absolutely great! The apartments are freshly renovated and clean! Guaranteed! Los Cerros is a peaceful community in a mountain setting. Please disregard any reviews about management prior to 2023.

I had a great experience staying at Los Cerros Apartments, Jennifer, the property manager was great, apartment came furnished, nice and quiet area, air conditioning worked great. Bruce, the maintenance supervisor does a wonderful job taking care of the grounds and order request. Would definitely recommend this complex and area.

Perfect place for college students. I lived here for about a year, but signed a lease to stay another year. This is definitely a cheaper option than being at the WNMU dorms. I love the on-site laundry room. Plus, the apartments are on the outskirts of town. I’ve felt very safe while living here. Also, shoutout to Bruce! He’s the best and sweetest maintenance man :) (The apartments have been under new management since about 9 months. They have been very accommodating.)

I've lived here now for two years and have no complaints. Neighbors are generally very nice, respectful and quiet. The current management (as of 5/27/20) are very responsive and warm. The two gentleman that perform renovations and repairs are fantastic to talk with and the issues that arise around my place are dealt with promptly for the most part. For a single person, the size is perfect for my needs. My only real complaint was the communal laundry. Due to other residents misusing the machines, they were often in disrepair. As of 5/26/20, I was notified that the laundry machines have been replaced with newer, more efficient models. I will change this to 5 stars after using the new laundry facilities and addressing a few small issues in my apartment!
