I've been with Los Banos Property Management since 2014 and they have been great. A special shout out for Nora who has taken excellent care of my properties. She takes care of everything and always communicates promptly. The statements are well organized making taxes super easy. I highly recommend Nora and Los Banos Property Management.

I had tried this company before for one of my rentals, but unfortunately, my property was not given the attention it deserved at that time the previous property manager was incompetent. Later, I received an email from the owner saying they had changed the property manager. I was hesitant at first, but after speaking with Nora, the new property manager, I immediately noticed a difference. This company has truly changed! My rental was advertised right away and rented in less than a month and a half. I now receive regular property reports, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Nora and her team are doing an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
