Absolutely the best group of property managers and leasing agents I have ever worked with. I can trust Joe Lorio has my best interests. That is a hard business to please everyone, but hiring Joe to manage my properties 8 years ago was the best decision I could have made.

He is unprofessional and does not return calls or emails. He talks down to women. We should have known how we would be treated when he referred to our business as less than desirable and was leary of the "type of people" it would attract. He tries to give legal advice that is incorrect advice. Forgetful as well. Our Realtor had to send the poorly written contract back to him multiple times. He does not respond to tenants calling about problems in building and quotes the owners as though they said things they deny ever saying.
