Lorick Place

This place is a hell, the mangers are childish and vengeful. Unfortunately, its hard finding someone over their head to expose the shady activities going on here. I guess since we are considered the little people we dont matter, regardless of what level.you are in society, everyone deserves respect and fair treatment. If you seem to have good common sense and speak.out for yourself, you will be targeted, and columbia housing authority could care less yet everything is needed for them. If anyone has advise on how to fight a crooked management please help.

0/10 do not recommend at all office management is very irresponsible and doesn’t care about anything unless it’s money complain about everything office is barely EVER open and Jamie or Lakeisha cares about it nothing but putting letters on your door and walking around making it seem as if they’re doing their jobs when you move out be prepared to go through hell and be hit with excessive fees they trying to charge me 200 dollars for a cleaning fee when in the state of South Carolina you can NOT charge a tenant unless the apt is beyond wear and tear which my apt wasn’t at all if you want to live comfortably just know lorick place is not the place for you especially black woman

I would not recommend moving here since the managers are out of control once you make one move if you so much as sneeze the wrong way outside your apartment they give you a violation. I'm almost positive some of their violations are made up. If you have a bike they will ask you to have it on the bike racks which are located no where near my apartment I have to hope every morning my bike is still there. I am a colored individual I don't know if this place is bias or not however I have received multiple violations of my children being children. I really don't know what this places problem is. One day I was planning on a new car so I removed the tag off the back of my old vehicle I watched as the manager who seemed friendly walked away looking back at me and the vehicle the next day I receive

I actually like Jamie. But I’m starting to think everyone else is money hungry. Can’t forget about the attitudes. They’re HORRIBLE. Not helpful.

I stayed here for six months and absolutely had no peace of mind since the kids are out of control with absolutely no guidance my 7 year old son was fought by several children outside of this place and not one adult was there to control their children the walls and buildings are extremely thin and hollow u can hear absolutely everything and on the weekends are even worse teenagers smoking being loud outside as late as 3am I would not recommend this place to anyone that’s has real Goals TRASH! They need maintenance bad and managers that actually care about humans well being and not a status
